---Terms Of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Web Design Terms and Conditions Agreement---

--Terms of Service--

IMPORTANT NOTICE: *All Web Hosting payments to Coslink Solutions d.b.a. Coslinks Corporation are non-refundable after 30 days*, cost of Domain Name Purchases and Website design deposits/payments are non-refundable at any time. It is important to note that customers that registered a new domain name by taking advantage of our free domain offer will have $20.00 deducted from the refund amount.

Coslink Solutions (The Company) owned and operated by Coslinks Corporation agrees to furnish services to the subscriber, subject to the following TOS (Terms of Service).

Use of Coslink Solutions Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Coslink Solutions TOS (Terms of Service), Coslink Solutions AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) as well as Coslink Solutions WDTAC (Web Design Terms and Conditions).

Coslink Solutions may modify, without prior notice, the terms as Coslink Solutions deems appropriate; such modified terms are effective upon posting on Coslink Solutions' website.

Subscriber understands that change to the AUP by the company shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

The agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the country of Canada applicable to all contracts enforceable in that country. Venue will be Ontario Canada.

1. Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP addresses, account history, account use, etcetera to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request corresponding to a subpoena or other court order without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition Coslink Solutions shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.

2. Service Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to the Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that Coslink Solutions may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.

3. Payment: Establishment of this service is dependant upon receipt by the company of payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that month’s service, else on the anniversary date of the year for that year’s service if Subscriber has opted for annual or biennial payment. Subscriber agrees to pay Subscriber's Account balance on time. Subscriber also agrees to pay any taxes, including sales or use taxes, resulting from Subscriber's use of the Service. Subscriber is responsible and liable for any fees, including attorney and collection fees, that Coslink Solutions may incur in its efforts to collect any remaining balances due from Subscriber. This Section shall in no way limit any other remedies available to Coslink Solutions. Subscriber also acknowledges and agrees that Subscriber will be billed for and will pay any outstanding balances if Subscriber cancels Subscriber's Account or Subscriber's Account is terminated due to Subscriber's breach of this Agreement. Subscriber must notify Coslink Solutions of any billing problems or discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on Subscriber's credit card account statement. If Subscriber does not notify Coslink Solutions within sixty (60) days, Subscriber waives any right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

4. Payments and Fees: Payments via cheque which are declined are subject to the $25.00 Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee PLUS any bank charges which Company incurs. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due. Service interrupted for non-payment is subject to a 5% late fee which is payable before service will be restored. Accounts that are not collectable by Coslink Solutions may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection. If your account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay Coslink Solutions a Processing and Collection fee. If you desire to cancel your account, please follow the proper procedure to do this as outlined in this TOS.

5. Refunds and Disputes: All payments to Coslink Solutions are non-refundable after 30 days and Cost of Domain Name Purchase are non-refundable at any time. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred.

6. Failure to Pay: Coslink Solutions may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

7. Account Cancellation: All requests for canceling accounts must be made from the client account area. To submit a cancellation request>> login into your account>> My Hosting Packages >> View Product Details >> click on Request Cancellation and complete the cancellation form.

8. Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the Coslink Solutions. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company’s liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the hosting charges payable by Subscriber for hositng services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the Company be liable for any special or consequential damages, injury, or loss.

9. New Domain Accounts: All new web hosting accounts involving new domains will be setup and entered into our DNS servers within 3 to 5 business days. Due to unforeseen complications, however, this process may sometimes require up to 7 business days. If the new domain is registered by the account holder, there will be no handling fee. If the domain is registered manually by Coslink Solutions on behalf of the account holder a handling fee will be incurred. Each Domain name will have its own domain account, the only exceptions are Alias domain names which have the same starting point as the main domain name.

10. Transfer of Domains: New web hosting accounts which involve the transfer of a domain from another provider to Coslink Solutions will require a minimum of seven (7) days to be setup and entered into our DNS servers. In some cases, such transfers may take up to sixty (60) days. Due to the unpredictable nature of the transfer process, no guarantees are made regarding the amount of time a specific transfer may take. If the transfer of the domain is done by Coslink Solutions on behalf of the account holder a handling fee will be incurred. If the customer cancels service during the transfer period for any reason, all charges are considered earned.

11. Support Boundaries: Coslink Solutions provides technical support to our subscribers (except for a few holidays and short company meetings when we are unavailable). We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. We will provide support with all account, server and service problems free of charge. We will only offer support for specific HTML, CGI, PHP or other such issue if Subscriber agrees to pay additional fees which will be agreed upon by both parties as and when the need arises. Coslink Solutions does not provide support for YOUR customers. we encourage you to open a support ticket for assistance. Lastly, we encourage you to check the FAQ section and any help files available for the service you are having problems with before contacting support.

12. SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE): Coslink Solutions takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Coslink Solutions may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of Coslink Solutions may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. In addition, it is not acceptable to transmit bulk email through remote SOCKS, HTTP or other similar proxies who in turn make a SMTP (TCP port 25) connection to the destination mail servers. This technique may result in account suspension or termination. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service. In order to prevent unnecessary blacklisting due to spam we reserve the right to occasionally sample bulk email being sent from servers.

a. Violation of Coslink Solutions SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, Coslink Solutions will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, Coslink Solutions may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Coslink Solutions may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer’s account. Further, Coslink Solutions reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Coslink Solutions will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offence.

b. First violations of this policy will result in an Administrative Fee of $250 and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an Administrative Fee of $500 and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these Administrative penalties, they will pay Research Fees not to exceed $200 per hour that Coslink Solutions personnel must spend to investigate the matter. PLEASE, DO NOT SPAM.

13. Network:

a. Bandwidth and Disk usage: Customer agrees that bandwidth and disk usage shall not exceed the limit per month for the services ordered by the customer on the Order Form (The Agreed Usage). Coslink Solutions will monitor customer’s bandwidth and disk usage. Coslink Solutions shall have the right to take corrective action if Customer’s bandwidth or disk usage exceeds the Agreed Usage. Such correction may include the assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken is in Coslink Solutions sole and absolute discretion. If Coslink Solutions takes any corrective action under this section, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action.

b. System and Network Security: Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Coslink Solutions Network. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Coslink Solutions will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved with such violations. These violations include, without limitation:

I. Accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account, which such User is not authorized to access.

II. Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

III. Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of overloading, flooding, mail bombing or crashing.

IV. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

V. Taking any action in order to obtain services to which such user is not entitled.

14. Notification of Violation:

a. Coslink Solutions is under no duty to look at each customer’s or user’s activities to determine if a violation of the AUP has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility through our AUP to monitor or police internet-related activities.

b. First violation: Any user, which Coslink Solutions determines to have violated any element of the AUP shall receive an email warning them of the violation. The service may be subject at Coslink Solutions discretion to a temporary suspension pending a user’s agreement in writing to refrain from any further violations.

c. Second violation: Users that Coslink Solutions determines to have committed a second violation of any element of the AUP shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of service without further notice.

d. We reserve the right to drop the section of IP space involved in SPAM or Denial-of-Service complaints if it is clear that the offending party is causing great harm to parties on the internet. In particular, if open relays are on your network or a customers’ network, or denial of service attacks are originating from your network. In certain rare cases, we may have to do this before attempting to contact you. If we do this, we will contact you as soon as is feasible.

15. Suspension of Service or Cancellation: Coslink Solutions reserves the right to suspend network access to any customer if in the judgment of the Coslink Solutions network administrators the customer’s account is the source or the target of the violation of any of the other terms of the AUP or for any reason which Coslink Solutions chooses. If inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts of the Customer in question will be deactivated until an investigation is complete. Prior notification to the customer is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. The customer will not be credited for the time the customer’s accounts were suspended.

16. Coslink Solutions reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. All managed servers Subscribers of Coslink Solutions must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate cancellation.

17. Indemnification: Coslink Solutions wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to the Coslink Solutions Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Web Design Terms and Conditions (WDTAC) customer indemnifies Coslink Solutions for any violation of the TOS, AUP and WDTAC that results in loss to Coslink Solutions or the bringing of any claim against Coslink Solutions by any third-party. This means that if Coslink Solutions is sued because of a customer’s or a customer of a customer’s activity, the customer will pay any damages awarded against Coslink Solutions plus all costs and attorneys fees.

18. Miscellaneous Provisions: You must provide us with, and keep current, good contact information for you. Email, fax, and telephone contacts are used, in that order of preference.

a. A waiver by the Coslink Solutions of any breach or provision of this agreement by subscriber shall not operate as or be construed as a continuing or subsequent waiver thereof or as a waiver of any breach of any other provision thereof.

b. Subscriber shall not transfer or assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Coslink Solutions. We may assign Agreement at anytime without consent from or notice to subscriber. Coslink Solutions reserves right to cancel customers rights under this contract at anytime without further obligation.

c. Coslink Solutions takes no responsibility for any material input by others and not posted to the Coslink Solutions network by Coslink Solutions. Coslink Solutions is not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to the Coslink Solutions network; links are provided as internet navigation tools only. Coslink Solutions disclaims any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party’s violation of this policy.

d. Coslink Solutions is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Coslink Solutions does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services. Coslink Solutions denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Coslink Solutions.

e. It is absolutely forbidden to host pornographic content or servers on hosting accounts without prior written consent. Any accounts found in violation of this will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund or compensation.

19. Responsibility for Content: You as Coslink Solutions customer are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Coslink Solutions server/hosting account.

20. Denial of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

---Acceptable Use Policy---

Responsibility
You are responsible for your sites and all sites that you host to be in accordance with all rules on this page. Misuse by you may result in actions on your account, including removal from the host without a refund.

Inappropriate Use
The Service must not be used to publish, post, distribute or otherwise disseminate unlawful material or information including, but not limited to: threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent information and materials, or proprietary, copyrighted, or otherwise intellectually protected information and materials for which Customer does not have authorization or authority to possess or distribute. The Service must not be used to request unlawful services or materials. The Service must not be used for activities Coslink Solutions deems to impact its customers or its ability to deliver services to its customers. Such activities may include, but are not limited to:

Obscene Speech or Materials
The distribution of child pornography or any obscene, abusive, defamatory or threatening speech or material. You may not host any site containing adult oriented content, including nudity of any kind. Portal sites linking directly to adult oriented content are also not acceptable.

Intellectual Property Infringement
Any activity infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and patents.

Spamming
Sending unsolicited commercial bulk email ("UCE"), news postings or chain letters; advertising transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to facilitate sending UCE; use of web pages that allow "spam"ing (known as "ghost sites") that directly or indirectly refers to domains or IP addresses hosted by Coslink Solutions. Coslink Solutions reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes UCE based on the information available. Sending any email to purchased lists or lists obtained by any other method (such as harvesting) is not acceptable. Customers may only send email to recipients who have joined mailing lists directly from their site.

Maintaining an Open Email Relay
Allowing email to be sent through Customer's system by a third party (i.e. neither to nor from Customer or Customer's accounts).

Fraud
Using a false identity; using pyramid/ponzi scheme; storage or transmission of any intentionally incorrect data or packet.

Virus, Worm, or Trojan horse program distribution
The deliberate transmission of computer viruses, worms or trojan software.

Denial of Service
Using any technique to intentionally degrade or disable the delivery of any legitimate data.

Glutting of servers
Oversized storage of any files that would be unreasonably large (ie. making a zip file filled with text files just to pad the size). Again, your webspace is not for data back up. It is only for hosting real sites.

Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized entry to any site or network, or any network or host scanning, probing, monitoring or other information gathering associated with such activity; using the Service to guess passwords.

Applications
Customer may not run any program or script on the server that runs constantly or 'listens' on ports unless provided in the control panel. This includes applications associated with chat services.

Public Forums
Inappropriate postings to newsgroups, chat rooms, electronic bulletin boards and any other public forum on, or using, the Service.

Customer Responsibilities

Bulk Email
Customers sending bulk email must provide recipients with an easy and effective mechanism for removal from bulk email list. Customer must include the source of the addressee's address in each bulk email message.

CPU Usage
Sites may not use extreme unwarranted CPU usage. This includes usage of "heavy" scripts or Flash/shockwave files. By heavy we mean oversized without cause, to the point where most users would be unable to view them in a reasonable amount of time. No single site may consume 30% of CPU usage for a sustained period of time.

Service Resale
Customer may not resell the Service or any portion of the Service unless under a Reseller plan.

Password Protection
Customer is responsible for protecting passwords and for any authorized or unauthorized use.

Music Files
Customer may not with out permission have sound/video files in any format (MP3, ASX, ASF, RA, RAM , QTV) due to the high rate of illegal transfer of copywritten material.

Content Protection
Customer agrees to provide appropriate protection to prevent minors (persons under 18 years of age) from accessing any unsuitable material that Customer publishes via any Service.

Content Ownership
Customer is responsible for all content or information residing on, or obtained, or transmitted via, the Service, regardless of whether such use is by Customer.

File repository /Dump Sites
Customer may not use disk space as a file repository, or dump site. This includes but is not limited too; warez, serialz, sound files, applications, zip files. This includes using the space in order to store content used on other sites (remote linking) . Examples of this would be using the web space to store images for auction descriptions, flash or any other files used on another site but stored on our server.

Free Email / Hosting Sites
We do not permit the free giving of POP email accounts or the issuing of free hosting. This includes near free (1 penny per year for instance).

Facilitating AUP Violation
Customer activity that facilitates the violation of this AUP by any party constitutes a violation of this AUP by Customer.

AUP Enforcement
Violation of the AUP may subject Customer to international, federal, and/or state civil and/or criminal liability. Coslink Solutions reserves the right in its sole discretion and without prior notice to suspend and/or terminate Customer's access to the Service at any time for violating this AUP. Coslink Solutions also reserves the right to suspend, filter or block, and/or terminate Customer's access if Customer's account is being used to exploit or attack the Service or the networks of others. If Customer's account has been compromised and attempts to reach Customer and/or to have Customer repair a breach of security fail, Coslink Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate Customer's service. If Customer's access is suspended or terminated, Coslink Solutions, in its sole discretion, may refuse to accept all new e-mail sent to the terminated e-mail address and delete Customer's data stored on Service. Coslink Solutions will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the detection and prosecution of illegal activity.

Violation of Rules
Breaking any of these aforementioned rules may result in immediate account suspension with out refund, as well as criminal prosecution where deemed necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any customer's web sites. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions ) reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Coslink Solutions (Coslink Solutions) reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these Policies does not constitute consent.

 

--Web Design Terms and Conditions--

By placing a Web Design order with Coslink Solutions, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

Definitions:

The Client : The company or individual requesting the services of Coslink Solutions.

Coslink Solutions: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates.

General
Coslink Solutions will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. Coslink Solutions will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Coslink Solutions and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

Website Design
Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Coslink Solutions cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Coslink Solutions until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Coslink Solutions remain the copyright of Coslink Solutions and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Coslink Solutions.

Coslink Solutions cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Any additions to briefs provided will be carried out at the discretion of Coslink Solutions and where no charge is made by Coslink Solutions for such additions, Coslink Solutions accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Coslink Solutions all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

Coslink Solutions will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Coslink Solutions will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner. eg. Any disputes regarding content/images that have been provided to us for inclusion on the site.

Coslink Solutions will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

Coslink Solutions will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

The full project cost may be required or the agreed deposit of not less than 50% of the total project cost paid before any design work will be carried out and is non-refundable.

Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

Database, Application and E-Commerce Development
Coslink Solutions cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.

Any scripts, applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Coslink Solutions remain the copyright of Coslink Solutions and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Coslink Solutions.

The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Coslink Solutions before being made generally available for use. Where "bugs", errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Coslink Solutions will endeavor (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.

Compatibility
Coslink Solutions will endeavor to ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla browsers. Coslink Solutions can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.

Website Hosting
Whilst Coslink Solutions hosts clients websites on its servers, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service. Coslink Solutions cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Coslink Solutions reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the free one year or two years hosting service should the necessity arise.

Payment of Accounts
A deposit is required from any new client before any work is carried out. It is the Coslink Solutions policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Coslink Solutions or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Coslink Solutions.

Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.

If accounts are not settled or Coslink Solutions have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non payment can result in court judgements being added to the clients credit rating.

Following consistent non payment of an invoice our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.

Complaints Procedure

Informal procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem with their web service provided by Coslink Solutions should raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an url) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint.

Coslink Solutions will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.

Formal complaints procedure

The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.

A formal complaint should be made in writing to Coslink Solutions, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible.

An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.
